综述了我国钢轨全长热处理技术的发展情况。分析了轨钢碳含量对连续冷却转变曲线、组织、性能的影响。介绍了生产线的流程、装备的特点及钢轨全长热处理技术的应用。
The development of China’s rail full-length heat treatment technology is summarized. The influence of the carbon content of the rail steel on the continuous cooling transformation curve, microstructure and properties was analyzed. Introduced the production line flow, the equipment characteristic and the rail full-length heat treatment technology application.
