目的探讨多普勒超声对糖尿病患者左心室结构与功能的临床评价,以准确诊断糖尿病患者心脏结构功能的改变并给予针对性治疗。方法选择在该院接受治疗的糖尿病患者100例作为研究组,另选取体检正常的健康志愿者100例作为对照组,均应用彩色多普勒超声及心电图检测左心室结构和功能,并进行对比分析。结果研究组患者左心房内径、左心室舒张末期内径、左心室心肌重量、左心室心肌重量指数及左心室间隔厚度均较对照组显著增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者左心室射血分数、左心室短轴缩短分数和E峰速度均低于对照组,A峰速度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用多普勒超声可以准确评估糖尿病患者左心室结构与功能改变,对糖尿病患者心脏疾病的诊断和治疗有着重要临床价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical evaluation of left ventricular structure and function in patients with diabetes mellitus by Doppler ultrasonography in order to accurately diagnose the changes of cardiac structural function in diabetic patients and to give targeted treatment. Methods 100 cases of diabetic patients treated in this hospital were selected as the study group, 100 healthy volunteers were selected as control group. The structure and function of left ventricle were detected by color Doppler echocardiography and electrocardiogram. . Results The left atrial diameter, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular myocardial mass, left ventricular myocardial mass index and left ventricular septal thickness in study group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Left ventricular ejection fraction, shortening fraction of left ventricular short axis and E peak velocity were lower in the study group than in the control group, and the peak velocity of A peak was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of Doppler ultrasound can accurately assess the changes of left ventricular structure and function in diabetic patients and has important clinical value in the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease in diabetic patients.
