高职数学注重的是数学能力的培养,但是高职院校学生学习能力参差不齐,因此教师把握不好教学水平。近几年,随着教育改革研究不断,分层教学也随之产生,而分层教学就是根据学生基础、智力以及成绩高低等的不同,分为水平相当的几组进行区分教学。本文就分层教学在高职数学教学中的优劣势以及运用进行研究讨论。
Higher vocational mathematics focuses on the cultivation of mathematical ability, but the learning ability of students in higher vocational colleges is uneven, so teachers can not grasp the teaching level. In recent years, with the continuous research on education reform, the layered teaching also arises. However, the hierarchical teaching is divided into several groups according to the differences of the students’ basic knowledge, intelligence and grades. This article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of hierarchical teaching in higher vocational mathematics teaching as well as its application.
