随着电力体制改革的快速推进,供电企业的经营环境日趋复杂,竞争压力逐渐增大,企业现代管理水平和运作效率直接影响市场竞争力,迫切需要系统设计并务实高效地推行精细管理方法和精益生产方式。本文立足于国网榆林供电公司重点工作看板管理实践经验,梳理重点工作看板管理模型构建的基本过程,探索重点工作看板设计的方法,就如何推动重点工作看板管理进行思考和尝试。
With the rapid progress of electric power system reform, the operating environment of power supply enterprises is becoming more and more complex, the pressure of competition is gradually increasing, the modern management level and operational efficiency of enterprises directly affect the market competitiveness, and the system design is urgently needed and the fine management methods and lean production methods. Based on the practical experience of kanban management in Yulin Power Supply Company of State Grid, combing the basic process of constructing kanban management model of key work, exploring the method of kanban design of key work, thinking and trying out how to promote kanban management of key work.
