高职院校贫困生的主观幸福感是衡量其心理健康状况的重要指标,为提高贫困生的主观幸福感,笔者以行为主义的理论为依托,探索团体活动对其主观幸福感的影响。通过调查发现,高职院校贫困生的主观幸福感在参加团体活动前后有着显著的差异。因此在贫困生中组织开展有针对性的团体活动可以在解决其经济压力的基础上实现育人的目的。
Subjective well-being of impoverished students in higher vocational colleges is an important index to measure their mental health. In order to improve the subjective well-being of impoverished students, the author uses the theory of behaviorism to explore the influence of group activities on their subjective well-being. The survey found that the subjective well-being of impoverished students in vocational colleges had significant differences before and after participating in group activities. Therefore, organizing targeted group activities among impoverished students can achieve the goal of educating people on the basis of solving their economic pressure.
