At present, information technology education in primary and secondary schools is facing a kind of contradiction: On the one hand, information technology as a required course and undertaking the important task of cultivating students’ information literacy must have sufficient space for development; on the other hand, information technology belongs to non-college subjects, disciplines Low status, teacher value is difficult to reflect, and the space for subject development is limited. The only way to resolve the contradiction seems to be to turn information technology into a college entrance examination subject to study. Then, has information technology become the conditions for college entrance examination subjects now? Is there any difficulty in the entry of information technology that is obviously different from traditional disciplines into the college entrance examination system? In the future, how will information technology be incorporated into the college entrance examination framework? The four articles in this issue were analyzed in depth. Through these analyses, we may be able to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of how far away the information technology course is from the college entrance examination.
