采用搅拌摩擦焊方法对厚度为30 mm的5A01铝合金进行了单面对接焊,分析了焊缝的金相组织及力学性能。结果表明,5A01铝合金厚板的搅拌摩擦焊接成形良好;焊缝接头从组织上可分为焊核区、热机影响区和热影响区;根据受到热量影响程度的不同,焊核区可分为上部焊核和下部焊核,焊核区出现了“洋葱环”结构,可能与搅拌针表面加工的三个平面有关;热机影响区沿厚度方向受到不同程度的热机械和热循环作用,因此其上部、中部和下部表现出了不同的组织特点;焊接接头具有较好的力学性能,抗拉强度达到了母材的90%以上,拉伸断裂位置位于焊缝区。
The friction stir welding method was used to single-face butt weld 5A01 aluminum alloy with a thickness of 30 mm. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the weld were analyzed. The results show that the friction stir welding of 5A01 aluminum alloy plate is well formed. The weld joint can be divided into weld nugget zone, heat engine affected zone and heat affected zone from the microstructure. According to the degree of heat affected, the weld nugget zone can be divided into The upper and lower weld nuggets appear “onion ring” structure in the nugget area, which may be related to the three planes of the surface of the pin. The heat affected zone is subjected to different degrees of thermo-mechanical and thermal cycling in the thickness direction, So its upper, middle and lower parts show different organizational characteristics; welded joints have good mechanical properties, tensile strength reached more than 90% of the base metal, tensile fracture location in the weld zone.
