Ti_6Al_4V合金因具有低密度,高强度,成为航太及生医方面重要使用的材料.此合金因表面层形成氧化膜的特性,更可广泛地应用于要求较高材料性能的环境上.近年来,更由于Ti_6Al_4V合金接近于人体骨骼的轻质结构,大量使用于骨科手术植入物.本研究即针对此种钛合金表面在盐酸及硫酸中的腐蚀及耐蚀行为进行评估.实验中,配合直流定电压及极化曲线扫描,观察出随时间而电流值增加之变化情况.此外,进行交流阻抗测试,而得到表层电容值,电阻值.比较极化曲线与交流阻抗频谱各测试值即可得到评估此合金的表面氧化层特性的资料.
Due to its low density and high strength, Ti_6Al_4V alloy has become an important material for aerospace and biomedical applications. This alloy is more widely used in environments that require higher material properties due to the oxide film properties of the surface layer. In recent years, more because of Ti_6Al_4V alloy close to the light structure of human bones, widely used in orthopedic surgery implants. In this study, the corrosion and corrosion resistance of the titanium alloy surface in hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid were evaluated. Experiment, with the DC constant voltage and polarization curve scanning, observed over time and current value increases. In addition, the AC impedance test, and get the surface capacitance, resistance. Data on the surface oxide properties of the alloy can be obtained by comparing the measured values of the polarization curve and the AC impedance spectrum.
