企业的发展离不开人员的支持,在市场经济的发展与国家多元化的发展过程中对人力资源管理的考察越来越多。传统的人力资源管理知识注重企业发展,并没有关注到员工的切身利益和真实思想,所以存在一定的问题。人力资源管理离不开员工的参与,也离不开企业的参与,因此只有双方都参与集中,创造全员参与的人力资源管理体系才更能够促进国家和企业向着良性的方向发展。
