目的:研究蒙药手掌参-37味丸的抗衰老作用及其机制。方法:120只ICR雌性小鼠随机分为6组:正常对照组、衰老模型组、维生素E组、蒙药手掌参-37味丸高、中、低剂量给药组。除正常对照组外,其余各组均采用颈背部皮下注射D-半乳糖120 mg.kg-1,1次/d,连续7周,建立亚急性衰老模型小鼠。同时蒙药手掌参-37味丸高、中、低剂量给药组小鼠ig(2.4,1.2,0.6 g.kg-1)手掌参-37味丸,维生素E组小鼠灌胃(38.9 mg.kg-1)维生素E,连续7周。治疗结束后通过避暗实验检测小鼠的学习记忆能力;计算脑、胸腺、脾脏指数;检测脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量;HE染色检测小鼠大脑皮层组织病理形态改变。结果:与模型组比较,蒙药手掌参-37味丸中剂量组小鼠学习记忆能力[潜伏期(152.22±38.16),(185.75±35.03)s,(P<0.01),错误次数(2.11±0.81),(1.26±0.42)次,(P<0.01)]改善;脑[(10.43±1.66),(13.39±1.39)mg.g-1,(P<0.01)]、胸腺[(0.91±0.18),(1.21±0.20),(P<0.01)mg.g-1]、脾脏[(3.63±0.55),(4.76±0.82)mg.g-1,(P<0.01)]指数提高,增强脑组织中SOD[(156.9±14.5),(180.6±14.7)U.mg-1,(P<0.01)]及CAT[(5.24±0.51),(7.14±0.72)U.mg-1,(P<0.01)]的活性、降低脑组织中丙二醛[(4.31±0.47),(3.17±0.73)nmol.mg-1,(P<0.01)]含量。结论:蒙药手掌参-37味丸对亚急性衰老模型小鼠具有抗衰老作用,其作用机制是增强脑组织抗氧化酶的活性,降低脑组织丙二醛含量,保护大脑神经细胞,从而改善小鼠的记忆能力,增强抗氧化能力和免疫功能。
Objective: To study the anti-aging effect and its mechanism of Mongolian palm-37 taste pill. The levels of MDA in the thymus [(10.41 ± 1.66), (13.39 ± 1.39) mg.g- (1.21 ± 0.20), (P <0.01) mg.g-1, spleen [(3.63 ± 0.55), (4.76 ± 0.82) mg.g-1, (P <0.01), CAT [(5.24 ± 0.51), (7.14 ± 0.72) U.mg-1, ], And decreased the content of malondialdehyde [(4.31 ± 0.47), (3.17 ± 0.73) nmol.mg-1, (P <0.01)] in brain tissue. Conclusion: Mongolian hand-palm-37 taste pill has anti-aging effects on sub-acute aging mice and its mechanism is to enhance the activity of antioxidant enzymes in brain tissue, reduce the content of malondialdehyde in brain tissue and protect brain cells, Memory ability of rats to enhance antioxidant capacity and immune function.
