一、美术活动中教师评价行为现状分析1.注重对结果的评价,忽视过程性评价教师在评价幼儿的美术作品时,只重视幼儿美术作品的结果,而忽视了幼儿美术活动的过程性评价。很多教师只是在活动结束时对孩子的作品进行整体评价,大都只是选一些有代表性的作品在集体幼儿面前进行小结性的评价,这样的评价对幼儿的促进作用就比较小,不能很好地突出评价的效果。同时,教师还忽略了对幼儿学习过程以及不同方面的综合评价。
