目的 :研究从十字花科植物菘蓝 (Isatis tinctoria L)的根中分离出一个蓝色的流分对体外人多形核细胞 (PMN)化学发光 (CL)的影响。方法 :板蓝根蓝色流分的提取用快速低压干柱柱层析法完成 ,用化学发光法检测其对人多形核细胞(PMN)化学发光 (CL)的影响。结果 :发现其具有很高的双向活性 ,因浓度的不同 ,既具有激活作用 ,又具有抑制作用。结论 :板蓝根蓝色流分具有体外免疫活性
Objective : To study the effect of a blue fraction isolated from the root of the Isatis tinctoria L. plant on the chemiluminescence (CL) of human polymorphonuclear cells (PMN) in vitro. Methods: The extract of Radix Isatidis blue fraction was extracted by rapid low pressure dry column chromatography. The chemiluminescence assay was used to detect the effect of chemiluminescence (CL) on human polymorphonuclear cells (PMN). Results : It was found that it has a high bidirectional activity. Due to the different concentrations, it has both an activating effect and an inhibitory effect. Conclusion : Radix Isatidis blue fraction has in vitro immune activity
