为落实《纲要》中“食品安全与出入境检验检疫”优先主题的规划部署,国务院办公厅、科技部、卫生部八部门联合以及各省市相关部门都发布了一系列食品安全监管文件及科技发展规划,实施了众多相关科研及专项课题项目,在食品安全检测与危害识别、风险评估、出入境检验检疫风险评估和监测监管等方面均取得了一定成绩。本文综合报道了该优先主题的实施情况和研究进展,以及许多领域专家指出的我国食品安全科技创新的发展方向。
To implement the planning and deployment of the priority theme “Food Safety and Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine” in the “Outline”, the eight departments of the State Council General Office, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Health and relevant departments of various provinces and municipalities have issued a series of food safety regulatory documents Science and technology development planning, the implementation of a large number of related scientific research and special topics, in food safety testing and hazard identification, risk assessment, exit-entry inspection and quarantine risk assessment and monitoring of supervision and achieved some results. This article comprehensively reports on the implementation of the priority theme and research progress, as well as the direction of development of China’s food safety science and technology innovation pointed out by experts in many fields.
