在人力资源管理中,人力资源培训是其重要的组成部分。但在当前我国的县级供电企业的人力资源管理之中,还是缺乏一整套完整、合理、科学的培训效果评价体系。本文主要是对当前我国县级供电企业人力资源培训效果评价的现状进行了分析与阐述,并对如何构建县级供电企业人力资源培训效果评价体系进行了探讨与研究。以期能够有效促进县级供电企业人力资源管理实际效果的提升,充分保障县级供电企业能够持续稳定地为群众的生产生活进行供电。
In human resources management, human resources training is an important part of it. However, at present, China’s county-level power supply enterprises in the human resources management, or lack of a complete, reasonable and scientific evaluation of training effectiveness. This paper mainly analyzes and expounds the status quo of human resource training effect evaluation of current county-level power supply enterprises in China, and discusses how to build a human resource training effect evaluation system for county-level power supply enterprises. With a view to effectively promote the actual effect of human resource management of county-level power supply enterprises to enhance, and fully guarantee the county-level power supply enterprises can continue to supply power for the masses of production and life.
