共轨压力和喷油脉宽是高压共轨柴油机燃油喷射系统两个最重要的参数,也是电控柴油机运行性能的两个决定性因素。在自行研制的高压共轨喷油系统上进行了喷油特性试验,并利用双因素方差分析法对不同共轨压力和喷油脉宽下的喷油特性样本值进行了显著性检验。分别检验了共轨压力和喷油脉宽对喷油量以及喷油一致性的影响程度,提出了基于F值的共轨系统工作分析。检验结果表明:喷油量对喷油脉宽的敏感性比共轨压力强,共轨压力和喷油脉宽及其交互效应对喷油一致性没有显著影响。
Common rail pressure and fuel injection pulse width are the two most important parameters of high pressure common rail diesel fuel injection system and are also two decisive factors for the operation performance of electronically controlled diesel engine. In the developed high-pressure common rail injection system, the fuel injection characteristics test was carried out, and two-factor analysis of variance was used to test the fuel injection characteristics at different common rail pressure and injection pulse width. The effect of common rail pressure and injection pulse width on fuel injection quantity and consistency of fuel injection was tested respectively. A working analysis of common rail system based on F value was proposed. The test results show that the injection quantity is more sensitive to injection pulse width than the common rail pressure, and the common rail pressure and injection pulse width and their interaction effect have no significant effect on fuel injection consistency.
