目的:建立藿香正气微乳中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量测定方法。方法:色谱条件:Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250m,5μm);流动相乙腈-水-醋酸(58∶42∶1);流速1.0 mL.min-1;柱温35℃;检测波长为294 nm。结果:厚朴酚与和厚朴酚线性范围分别为0.20~4.00,0.116~1.39μg,线性关系良好(r≥0.999 8)。,回收率分别为103.2%,103.18%,RSD均小2.0%。结论:本研究为藿香正气微乳中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量测定提供了准确可靠的方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of magnolol and honokiol in Huoxiangzhengqi microemulsion. Methods: Chromatographic conditions: Kromasil C18 (4.6 mm×250m, 5μm); mobile phase acetonitrile-water-acetic acid (58:42:1); flow rate 1.0 mL.min-1; column temperature 35°C; detection wavelength 294 nm. RESULTS: The linear ranges of honokiol and honokiol were 0.20 to 4.00 and 0.116 to 1.39 μg, respectively. The linear relationship was good (r≥0.999 8). The recovery rates were 103.2% and 103.18%, respectively, and the RSD was 2.0% smaller. Conclusion: This study provides an accurate and reliable method for the determination of magnolol and honokiol in Huoxiangzhengqi microemulsion.
