目的探讨康复训练对有机磷农药中毒致迟发性周围神经病变患者临床疗效的影响。方法采用前瞻性随机对照研究方法,将2012年1月至2014年12月收治的80例有机磷农药中毒致迟发性周围神经病变患者随机分为康复组和对照组各40例,全部患者均给予常规对症治疗。康复组在此基础上每天给予肌力训练和健康教育等康复治疗,对两组患者的神经传导速度、肌力及生活质量评分进行分析,3个月后判断其疗效。结果治疗前两组患者神经传导速度、肌力及SF-36健康调查量表各项指标评分差异无统计学意义,康复治疗3个月后,康复组尺神经及腓总神经传导速度、肌力及SF-36健康调查量表各项指标评分均较康复前及对照组有明显提高或改善(P<0.05或0.01)。结论给有机磷农药中毒致迟发性周围神经病变患者制定系统的康复治疗计划,能提高其肌力及生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation training on clinical efficacy of patients with delayed peripheral neuropathy caused by organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted in 80 patients with de novo peripheral neuropathy caused by organophosphorus pesticide poisoning from January 2012 to December 2014. The patients were randomly divided into rehabilitation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases), and all patients Give conventional symptomatic treatment. On this basis, rehabilitation group was given rehabilitation training such as muscle training and health education every day, and the nerve conduction velocity, muscle strength and quality of life scores of two groups were analyzed. After 3 months, the curative effect was judged. Results There was no significant difference in nerve conduction velocity, muscle strength and SF-36 health questionnaire between the two groups before treatment. After 3 months of rehabilitation, the ulnar nerve and common peroneal nerve conduction velocity, muscle strength (P <0.05 or 0.01) in all the indexes of SF-36 health questionnaire before and after rehabilitation. Conclusion It is worth to popularize a systematic rehabilitation plan for patients with delayed peripheral neuropathy caused by organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, which can improve their muscle strength and quality of life.
