一、公司基本情况浪潮信息股份有限公司,前身是山东电子工业局下的山东电子设备厂。1988年,浪潮的PC机在国内市场占有率达20%,1990年销量超过一万台,是国内著名品牌。1993年后,国外品牌PC大量涌入,这时公司在管理上也采用了简单的“大承包”方法,导致资源分散、管理混乱,在与国外、国内厂商的竞争中逐渐处于下风,1995年,浪潮集团业务大幅度滑坡,并出现亏损。 1996年10月,孙丕恕升任浪潮集团副总裁,负责管理浪潮全部的计算机业务,这是浪潮新发展的开始,公司新的管理层带来了新的活力。
