目的 探讨雌激素是否影响血清胆固醇酯转运蛋白 (CETP)水平的调节。方法 采用放射免疫分析法测定了 196例包括绝经前 (5 2例 ,年龄 18~ 40y)、绝经后妇女 (87例 ,年龄 61~ 81y)及围绝经期妇女 (5 7例 ,年龄 41~ 60 y)的血清雌二醇(E2 )、促卵泡生成激素 (FSH) ;自制CETP单抗建立的ELISA法测定CETP水平 ,同时测定血脂类指标。结果 绝经后妇女CETP水平明显低于绝经前和围绝经期妇女 (P <0 0 0 0 1) ,E2 水平较绝经前和围绝经期妇女显著下降 (P <0 0 0 0 1) ,而FSH水平显著升高 (P <0 0 0 0 1) ,各组血脂水平亦有显著性差异。CETP与E2 呈正相关 (r =0 .2 4,P <0 0 0 1) ,与FSH呈负相关(r =- 0 .2 7,P <0 0 0 1) ,与年龄呈负相关 (r=- 0 .3 1,P <0 0 0 0 1)。结论 雌激素水平的下降可影响绝经后妇女血清CETP水平
Objective To investigate whether estrogen affects the regulation of serum cholesterol ester transfer protein (CETP) level. Methods A total of 196 patients, including premenopausal (52 cases, 18-40 years old), postmenopausal women (87 cases, 61-81 years) and perimenopausal women (57-7 years old, 41-60 years old) were studied by radioimmunoassay. (E2) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). The CETP level was measured by the ELISA method of homemade CETP monoclonal antibody, and the level of serum lipids was also measured. Results The postmenopausal women had significantly lower CETP levels than pre-menopausal and perimenopausal women (P <0.01 01), and E2 levels were significantly lower in premenopausal and perimenopausal women (P <0.01 01). However, FSH The level was significantly increased (P <0 0 0 0 1), the level of blood lipid levels were also significantly different. CETP was positively correlated with E2 (r = 0.24, P <0.01), negatively correlated with FSH (r = -0.27, P <0.01), and negatively correlated with age = - 0 .3 1, P <0 0 0 0 1). Conclusions The decline of estrogen level may affect the level of serum CETP in postmenopausal women
