随着社会经济的不断发展,企业之间的竞争也显得日益激烈,而要想在激烈的市场竞争中有自己的一席之地,就必须对企业的人才储备进行加强。笔者针对人才留用机制的建设和人力资源管理两方面进行探讨,并给出自己的一些建议和意见。
With the continuous development of social economy, the competition among enterprises becomes more and more fierce. If we want to have a place in the fierce market competition, we must strengthen the talent pool of enterprises. The author discusses the mechanism of talent retention and human resources management, and gives some suggestions and opinions.
