用电子自旋标记方法研究了铅对红细胞膜脂质及蛋白质的作用。结果表明,在一定量的铅作用下,完整的红细胞膜浅层和深层均无明显变化时,马来酰亚胺(MSL)标记蛋白首先出现变化,即蛋白旋转相关时间减少。分离的红细胞膜MSL标记蛋白强弱固定化比值(W/S)有增大的趋势。红细胞MSL标记蛋白可能是铅的主要作用部位,也是敏感部位。
The effect of lead on lipid and protein of erythrocyte membrane was studied by electron spin labeling method. The results showed that under the action of certain amount of lead, there was no obvious change in the intact erythrocyte membrane in the superficial layer and in the deep layer. The labeled protein of maleimide (MSL) firstly changed, ie, the time related to protein rotation decreased. There was an increasing trend of the ratio of strong / weak immobilization (W / S) of the isolated erythrocyte membrane MSL marker protein. RBC MSL marker protein may be the main role of lead sites, but also sensitive sites.
