如今,随着我国医疗卫生体制的不断改革和完善,对公共卫生机构的发展既是机遇又是挑战。为了更好的应对激烈的医疗卫生市场竞争,就需要在复杂的医疗卫生环境更好的突出自身的优势和特点,以更好的满足时代发展需求。人才是提升公共卫生机构竞争力的关键之所在。而人力资源绩效管理可以为公共卫生机构引进更为优秀的人才,以保证各个环节工作有条不紊的进行,提高公共卫生机构的经济效益与社会效益。
Nowadays, with the continuous reform and improvement of China’s medical and health system, it is both an opportunity and a challenge to the development of public health institutions.
