随着企业规模的不断壮大,新技术、新设备、新工艺的日益推广,企业发展环境的日益变化,对职工队伍素质提出了新的更高的要求。2000年,公司第一届党员代表大会倡导“开展全员学习活动”。素质工程作为全员学习活动的载体,在增强职工的学习力、创新力和竞争力,激发职工创造活力方面取得了一定的成绩。
With the continuous expansion of the enterprise scale, the increasing promotion of new technologies, new equipment and new technologies, and the ever-changing environment for enterprise development, new and higher requirements have been put forward on the quality of the staff and workers.
