合作学习是数学新课程改革积极倡导的学习方式之一,合作学习能机会均等地为学生搭建学习探究、交流、展示的平台,但也容易出现“部分优秀生展示才艺、大部分学生当听众”的现象。在广泛研究国内外相关文献的基础上,基于对现阶段学生的认识,充分吸收和借鉴了先进的教育理论和经验,将建构主义理论、“最近发展区”理论、“多元智能”理论引入研究之中,为研究找到了理论上的充分依据。基于同课异构的实践教研,明确了合作学习的基本策略、方式及评价方案,促进了学生学习态度、学习方式的改变,主体意识及意志品质都得到发展,也使得教师的理论素养、科研水平不断得到提升,增强了教师的责任感和成就感。
