随着我国电力事业的不断发展,电力行业也越来越受到各界人士的关注,为加强国家电网公司教育培训管理工作,培养和造就“两个一流”的高素质员工队伍,如何高效利用人力资源管理及其相关理论来做好教育培训,是电网企业从事教育培训管理人员所研究的主要内容。基于此,对现阶段恩施土家族苗族自治州(以下简称我州)电网企业人力资源培训设计的现状进行分析,探究基于集约化管理的电网企业人力资源培训的合理设计,为公司的教育培训发展提供理论依据。
With the continuous development of China’s electric power industry, the power industry is also more and more concerned by people from all walks of life. In order to strengthen the education and training management of State Grid Corporation of China and cultivate and bring up “two first-class” high-quality workforce, how to make efficient use of Human resources management and related theories to do a good job in education and training, is the main content of the power grid enterprises engaged in education and training managers. Based on this, this paper analyzes the status quo of human resources training design for power grid enterprises in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture (hereinafter referred to as “the State”), and probes into the rational design of human resources training for power grid enterprises based on intensive management to provide education and training development for the company Theoretical basis.
