笔者是一名参加工作十几年的教师,在这十几年的教学工作中,我转化了一个又一个后进生,可以说和千万个教师一样操碎了心……从心理素质看,后进生的独立意向的迅速发展与认识能力低下的矛盾,使其易感情冲动,产生一些片面的错误认识。从思想水平看,后进生社会经验匮乏,辨别是非的能力差。教学实践也证明,学习好的和学习差的学生最明显的差异不在智力上,而是在学习积极性和努力程度上,大量的事实证明,后进生是可以转化的,关键在于教师所采用的措施
