高职院校学生满意度是检验高职院校办学的一项指标,高职院校学生满意度的探讨对于高职院校管理理论的发展以及学校教育教学的改革具有重要的理论与现实意义。本研究运用自编调查问卷对广州地区四所全日制高职院校的学生进行了调查,并运用SPSS对调查数据进行了统计分析,得到如下研究结果:高职院校学生满意度一般;高职院校的学生在不同背景变量下的满意度存在差异;在高职学生学校满意度影响因素中,职业素质培养环境所占的权重最大,依次为教学水平与设置、校园后勤保障,影响最小的是校园人际环境。
The satisfaction of students in higher vocational colleges is an index to test the running of higher vocational colleges. The discussion of students’ satisfaction in higher vocational colleges is of great theoretical and practical significance for the development of management theory in higher vocational colleges and the reform of school education and teaching . In this study, self-made questionnaires were used to survey students in four full-time vocational colleges in Guangzhou, and SPSS was used to conduct statistical analysis of the survey data. The results are as follows: Students in vocational colleges generally satisfied; Vocational college students have different satisfaction levels under different background variables. Among the influencing factors of vocational school satisfaction, occupational quality training environment has the highest weight, followed by teaching level and setting, and school logistics support with the least impact Is the campus interpersonal environment.
