应用数学方法评价安氏II类1分类下颌后缩患者磁力twinblock功能矫治后审美平面的改变;对鼻尖点、上唇突点、下唇突点、软组织颏前点治疗前后进行数学分析与定量描述.研究认为磁力twinblock矫治改善II类下颌后缩患者软组织侧貌的主要机理在于审美平面发生了逆时针旋转,为正畸医师做出合理的矫治设计提供理论依据.
Mathematical analysis and quantitative description before and after treatment of nasal cusp, upper lip bump, lower lip bump, soft tissue chin anterior point were evaluated by using mathematical method to evaluate the change of aesthetic plane after magnetic twinblock functional correction in Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion. It is believed that the main mechanism of magnetic twinblock correction to improve the soft tissue profile of patients with mandibular retrusion is the anti-clockwise rotation of the aesthetic plane, which provides a theoretical basis for orthodontic physicians to make rational orthodontic design.
