用计算机对主井提升过程进行全过程动态监控,在屏幕给出深度变化、动态电流曲线、速度曲线,判断箕斗到达减速点是否减速,爬行点是否爬行,不减速或不爬行时,计算机监控系统接管控制权投入减速或爬行操作。这不仅可以保证箕斗提升不过卷,而且可以发现提升过程中的异常情况,保证提升过程安全可靠运行,是提高现有提升设备自动化水平的有效途径。本文介绍完成上述功能的软件设计。
The whole process of main shaft hoisting process is dynamically monitored by computer. The depth, dynamic current curve and speed curve are given on the screen to determine whether the deceleration reaches the deceleration point. Whether the crawling point crawls or not decelerates or does not crawl, the computer monitor System take control of the input deceleration or crawling operation. This can not only ensure that the skip is not overstretched but also can find the anomalies in the lifting process and ensure the safe and reliable operation of the lifting process. This is an effective way to improve the automation level of the existing equipment. This article describes the software designed to accomplish the above functions.
