人力资源柔性管理在现代企业中逐渐被人们所青睐,尤其是知识密集型企业对人力资源的柔性管理的需求更加迫切,是人力资源管理未来的发展方向。本文就是试图结合公证处的特点,浅析如何在公证管理中实施柔性管理、提高人员积极性,以提高公证处的竞争力。
Flexible management of human resources is gradually being favored by modern enterprises. Especially the knowledge-intensive enterprises are more urgent to the flexible management of human resources, which is the future direction of human resources management. This article attempts to combine with the characteristics of the notary office, analyze how to implement the flexible management in the notary management and improve the enthusiasm of staff to enhance the competitiveness of the notary office.
