人力资源管理是管理学研究的范畴。高职院校人事管理存在观念陈旧、模式落后等问题,从更新管理理念、完善管理机构、加大资源投入、优化考核机制等方面提出相应的对策。
Human resource management is the category of management research. In the higher vocational colleges and universities, personnel management has some problems, such as outdated concepts and backward modes. The countermeasures are put forward, such as updating the management concept, improving the management mechanism, increasing the input of resources and optimizing the assessment mechanism.
