奖金,人们通常解释为:用金钱对劳动、工作成绩等方面优异者的一种奖励。奖金的内涵,揭示了奖金是用来奖励的本质属性,它从质的方面反映了奖金是怎样的事物。奖金的外延,说明了奖金的适用范围,从量的方面,说明了奖金所反映的是哪些事物。然而,近几年来,奖金的内涵与外延都悄悄地发生了变化。首先,由“奖优”的属性变为“平均”的属性。许多单位尤其是行政事业单位,奖金已不再突出“奖”字,而是名副其实的“均”
Bonuses, people usually interpret as: a reward for using money in labor, work achievement and other aspects. The connotation of the bonus reveals that the bonus is an essential attribute used to reward, and it reflects in a qualitative way what the bonus is. The extension of the bonus shows the scope of application of the bonus. From the quantitative aspect, it explains what the bonus reflects. However, in recent years, the connotation and extension of bonuses have quietly changed. First of all, the attribute of “excellent” becomes the attribute of “average”. In many units, especially administrative institutions, bonuses no longer highlight the word “prize,” but they are literally “average”.
