[目的]了解某企业铜导体及导线项目职业病危害因素识别、分析评价,提出合理可行的防护对策,保护劳动者健康。[方法]2012年1月根据拟建项目投产后生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素的特点,采用类比法和检查表分析法进行定性和定量分析评价。[结果]本拟建项目生产过程中可能产生的职业危害因素有一氧化碳、二氧化硫、铜烟、铜尘、炉渣尘、高温、噪声等,根据对类比企业的检测结果显示:一氧化碳、二氧化硫、铜烟、炉渣尘等检测结果均符合职业接触限值的要求;噪声强度测量3个作业点超过国家职业接触限值的要求;高温测量3个作业点超过国家职业接触限值的要求。拟建项目对粉尘及化学毒物采取安装轴流风机、一氧化碳报警仪、个体防护品等防护措施;对噪声拟采取选用低噪声设备,隔声、吸音材料、个体防护品等防护措施;高温作业环境拟采取局部机械通风,控制室设置空调、个体防护品等防护措施。根据类比企业现场调查及检测,拟建项目防护措施可行。[结论]该项目中存在化一氧化碳、二氧化硫、铜烟、铜尘、炉渣尘、高温、噪声等,属职业病危害严重的建设项目,采取适当的控制职业病危害的措施后,在职业病危害控制方面是可行的。
[Objective] To understand the identification, analysis and evaluation of occupational hazards in a copper conductor and conductor project in a certain enterprise, put forward reasonable and feasible protection measures and protect the health of laborers. [Method] In January 2012, qualitative and quantitative analysis and appraisal were conducted by analogy and checklist analysis according to the characteristics of occupational hazards that may arise during the production of the proposed project. [Result] The occupational hazards that may occur during the production process of the proposed project include carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, copper smoke, copper dust, slag dust, high temperature and noise. According to the test results of analogous enterprises, the occupational hazards include carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide and copper , Slag dust and other test results are in line with the requirements of occupational exposure limits; noise intensity measurement of three operating points exceed the national occupational exposure limits requirements; high temperature measurement of three operating points exceed the national occupational exposure limits requirements. The proposed project adopts protective measures such as installing axial flow fan, carbon monoxide alarm and personal protection on dust and chemical poisons; adopting protective measures such as low noise equipment, sound insulation, sound-absorbing material and individual protective products to noise; and high-temperature working environment To be taken to local mechanical ventilation, control room set air-conditioning, personal protective equipment and other protective measures. According to the analogy site investigation and testing, the proposed project protection measures are feasible. [Conclusion] There are some construction projects that have serious occupational hazards such as carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, copper smoke, copper dust, slag dust, high temperature and noise in this project. After taking appropriate measures to control occupational hazards, feasible.
