2000年 11月,创维集团销售总经理陆强华因与老板黄宏生矛盾激化,率 100多名营销人员集体倒戈,加盟竞争对手高路华,人称“创维跳槽风波”。此事至今余音未了。我们推出此专题并非想讨论谁对谁错,而是认为渴望做大做强的私企聘用职业经理人已是大势所趋,私营企业的用人机制、私营老板和职业经理人的关系必须重新审视。老板如何调整自己的心态 ?如何与职业经理人在共同利益的基础上建立彼此的信任关系 ?如何规范职业经理人的行为 ?这些都应引起老板们的重视。我们也希望抛砖引玉,有更多的朋友参与讨论。
