为了适应90年代及以后的永久性空间结构发展的需要,日本正在探讨应用于空间平台和空间服务器的通用的基础技术,即交会和对接(RVD)、入轨服务及自主操作与控制等技术。日本三菱电气公司建议研制高技术共轨平台(ATCP)和轨道服务飞行器(OSV),以便尽早着手建造并在轨道上验证上述技术。本文介绍了ATCP和OSV的任务要求、系统要求和系统设计。
In order to meet the needs of the development of a permanent space structure in the 1990s and beyond, Japan is exploring common basic technologies applied to space platforms and space servers, such as rendezvous and docking (RVD), in-orbit services and autonomous operation and control. Mitsubishi Electric Corporation of Japan proposed the development of the High-Technology Common Rail Platform (ATCP) and Orbital Services Aircraft (OSV) in order to proceed with the construction and verification of these technologies as early as possible. This article describes the task requirements, system requirements, and system design for ATCP and OSV.
