在高职英语教学中,教师的教学方法和学困生的转化均存在很大的改善空间。要积极倡导高职教师转变教育理念,正确对待学困生,采取分层教学的方法,扩大受益比例;采取激励性评价机制,端正成功心态;采用积极的教学策略,来优化高职英语教学,成功转化学困生。
In higher vocational English teaching, there is room for improvement in the teaching methods of teachers and the transformation of students with learning difficulties.
