目的:优化灵芝发酵培养基,提高灵芝对无机锌元素的富集率。方法:运用Plackett-Burman设计对影响灵芝富锌率的营养因子进行筛选;在此基础上,利用响应面法(Response Surface Method,RSM)建立灵芝富锌率的数学模型。结果:通过Plackett-Burman试验获得了影响灵芝富锌率的3个关键因子:玉米粉、豆粕及KH2PO4;对已建立的灵芝富锌率的数学模型求解,当玉米粉38.0g/L、蔗糖20g/L、豆粕8.5g/L、Fe2(SO4)31.0g/L、NH4Cl2.0g/L、CaCO31.0g/L、MgSO41.0g/L、KH2PO41.2g/L时,可获得灵芝最大富锌率,预测值为27.06%。结论:利用RSM法优化了富锌灵芝发酵培养基,提高了灵芝的富锌率,该方法经济有效。
Objective: To optimize the fermentation medium of Ganoderma lucidum and improve the enrichment rate of Ganoderma lucidum on inorganic zinc. Methods: Plackett-Burman design was used to screen the nutritional factors that affect the zinc-rich rate of Ganoderma lucidum. On this basis, a mathematical model of zinc-rich rate of Ganoderma lucidum was established by Response Surface Method (RSM). Results: Plackett-Burman test obtained three key factors that affect the zinc-rich rate of Ganoderma lucidum: corn flour, soybean meal and KH2PO4; established mathematical model of the zinc-rich rate of Ganoderma lucidum, when the corn flour 38.0g / / L, soybean meal 8.5g / L, Fe2 (SO4) 31.0g / L, NH4Cl2.0g / L, CaCO31.0g / L, MgSO41.0g / L and KH2PO41.2g / L. , The forecast value is 27.06%.
