儿童脑瘤中50.3—91%是神经胶质瘤,其中未分化肿瘤多,恶性程度不一,病变部位不定,有些病例组织学改变一致而临床表现却完全不同。作者将17年间收治的16岁以下的颅内星形细胞瘤(AC)181例患者(占同期颅内肿瘤之42%)对其予后及其影响因素进行研究。结果如下:一、肿瘤部位与其恶性程度:幕上 AC 中恶性星形细胞瘤(MA 占19.1%(14/73例),幕下占14.8%(9/61例),两者无明显差别,而脑干66.7%(6/9例)呈弥漫性浸润,示脑干 AC 恶性程度高。二、年龄和肿瘤定位:全组平均年龄为6.46岁,然幕上 MA 为7.5岁,而全脑之良性星形细胞瘤(BA)为3.66岁,
50.3-91% of children with brain tumors are gliomas, of which undifferentiated tumors and more, varying degrees of malignancy, the lesion site uncertain, and some cases histological changes consistent with clinical manifestations are completely different. The authors studied the effects of post-treatment on 181 patients with intracranial astrocytoma (AC) of age 16 or younger (42% of intracranial tumors in the same period) undergoing treatment in 17 years. The results are as follows: First, the tumor location and malignancy: supratentorial AC in malignant astrocytoma (MA accounted for 19.1% (14/73 cases), 14.8% under the screen (9/61 cases), no significant difference between the two, and 66.7% (6/9 cases) of brain stem were diffusely infiltrated, which showed high degree of malignancy of brain stem.2.Age and tumor location: The average age of the whole group was 6.46 years old, while the mammoth was 7.5 years old, while the whole brain Benign astrocytoma (BA) is 3.66 years old,
