研究了纳米级碳酸铅对NEPE推进剂燃速压力指数的影响。采用DSC分析了纳米级碳酸铅与NEPE推进剂主要组分硝酸酯的相容性以及对推进剂固化反应的催化作用和对高氯酸铵、硝胺常压热分解的催化作用,并利用恒压静态燃速仪测试了推进剂在4MPa~11MPa的燃烧速度和燃速压力指数。发现纳米级碳酸铅表现出与硝酸酯良好的相容性,对推进剂的固化反应和硝胺的热分解均有很强的催化作用,对高氯酸铵的热分解则没有明显的影响。当纳米级碳酸铅应用到NEPE推进剂中时,推进剂的燃速压力指数显著降低,含量为1%和2%时分别降至054和052
The effect of nanoscale lead carbonate on the burning rate pressure index of NEPE propellants was investigated. The compatibility of nanoscale lead carbonate with nitric acid ester (NEPE), the main component of NEPE propellants, as well as its catalysis on the curing reaction of propellants and the catalysis of atmospheric ammonium hypochlorite and nitric amine at atmospheric pressure were studied by DSC. The static burning rate tester was used to test the burning rate and burning rate pressure index of propellant at 4MPa ~ 11MPa. It was found that nanoscale lead carbonate shows good compatibility with nitrate ester, has a strong catalytic effect on the curing reaction of propellants and the thermal decomposition of nitramine, and has no obvious effect on the thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate. When Nano-scale lead carbonate was applied to NEPE propellants, the burning rate pressure index of propellants decreased significantly, dropping to 054 and 052 at 1% and 2%, respectively
