肾小球基底膜是在胶原IV网状结构的基膜上结合非胶原性糖蛋白、糖胺聚糖和蛋白多糖而形成的。目前的研究表明,由感染免疫、遗传因素等介导的基底膜损伤,如Good-pasture综合征、Alport综合征等,其发病机理主要与基底膜胶原IV的分子结构及组成改变有关。
The glomerular basement membrane is formed by binding non-collagenous glycoproteins, glycosaminoglycans and proteoglycans to the basement membrane of the collagen IV network. The present study shows that the underlying membrane damage mediated by infectious immunity and genetic factors such as Good-pasture syndrome and Alport syndrome is mainly related to the change of the molecular structure and composition of collagen IV in basilar membrane.
