以河北省6家“中华老字号”的商业实践为数据源,聚焦战略性内创业-职能性人力资源界面,旨在探索信息粘滞与界面耦合对于组织再生的效应机理。进行“立地式”研究后,提出了消弭信息粘滞、改进界面耦合的命题和概念模型。这将对传统行业成熟期企业的管理实践带来启发。
Taking the commercial practices of 6 “old Chinese brands” in Hebei Province as data source, this paper focuses on the strategic internal entrepreneurship - functional human resources interface, and aims to explore the effect mechanism of information stickiness and interface coupling on tissue regeneration. After studying the “standing style”, this paper put forward the propositions and conceptual models that eliminate the information stickiness and improve the interface coupling. This will inspire the management practices of mature industries in traditional industries.
