以青河县主栽沙棘品种“向阳”为试材,设不同扦插时间、不同基质处理、不同扦插密度3个影响因素,研究不同处理对沙棘嫩枝扦插的效果,筛选沙棘嫩枝扦插的最佳组合方式。结果表明:不同处理对沙棘嫩枝扦插均有显著影响;嫩枝扦插插穗的采集应在6月15日至7月10日进行,沙土及腐殖质土是嫩枝扦插的理想基质,当扦插密度为400~600株·m-2时,不仅生根率及成活率高,而且地径也较为粗壮,插穗生长最佳。
