学生、教师都是一个完整的人,一个具有独立思考的人,一个智能、个性、情感、创新意识和实践能力拥有巨大潜能的人。为此,新一轮课程改革明确要求改变课程评价过分强调甄别和选拔的功能,发挥评价促进学生学业发展、教师专业发展和改进教育教学实践的功能,使评价“从关注评价者的主观需要出发”向“关注被评价者的素质全面发展”的方向转变,建立起促进学生、教师、课程可持续发展的评价体系。5年来,我们在深入实施新课程改革的实践中,积极利用发展性评价体系为师生的全面和谐发展提供强有力的支点,对思想政治课发展性评价体系的构建进行了行动层面的探索。
