2009年行将过半,虽然中国的整体经济形势未有全面复苏的迹象,但可以肯定的是,中国房地产已经复苏,如果中国经济能够“保8”的目标可以实现,房地产的贡献是无可置疑的。2009年6月10日,国家统计局发布5月份相关经济统计数据。与CPI、PPI双双下降不同,全国房地产无论是开发投资、还是成交面积均同比大幅上扬。此外,全国70个大中城市房屋销售价格环比上涨0.6%,全国房地产景气指数也较4月提高1.18点,各项运行指标在众多行业中独树一帜。
