面对九年义务教育的全员升学和应试教育的尖锐矛盾,我们该如何应对呢?随着义务教育的实施,小升初的全员入学,初中数学的教学难度日益突出。小升初的生源程度有好有差,对学科知识掌握的程度有好也有差,而应试教育的一张卷考核模式,检验教学好坏的唯一标准就是学生的考试成绩,这就要求教师必须千方百计地提高学生的考试成绩,以体现自己的教学水平和教学积极性,所以教师要在素质教育的精神指导下进行应试教育的实实在在的教学。为此,在初中数学教学中本人有几点切身体会。
