中国芥菜型油菜分春油菜和冬油菜两大类,全国各地均有分布。生育期因种性不同在70~260天内变异,具天然黄籽、抗早、抗倒、耐瘠、耐寒等优点。种子含油量平均36.62%,以西藏、山西的为高;脂肪酸组成平均含量:棕搁酸3.33%,硬脂酸1.31%,油酸16.72%,亚油酸20.50%,亚麻酸11.91%,花生烯酸10.71%,芥酸35.42%。新疆、内蒙古、山西的品种具高油酸、高亚油酸、低芥酸的特点。
Chinese mustard-type rape is divided into spring rape and winter rape two categories, all over the country are distributed. Growth period due to different species within 70 ~ 260 days variation, with natural yellow seeds, anti-early, anti-down, barren, cold and so on. The average oil content in seeds was 36.62% in Tibet and Shanxi. The average content of fatty acid composition was 3.33% of palmitic acid, 1.31% of stearic acid, 16.72% of oleic acid, 20.50% of linoleic acid, 11.91% of linolenic acid, Acid 10.71%, Erucic acid 35.42%. Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi varieties with high oleic acid, high linoleic acid, low erucic acid characteristics.
