目的了解北京市高中生主观幸福感状况及其影响因素,为高中生心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用幸福感量表、自尊量表、中学生心理健康诊断测验对北京市1118名高中生进行测查。结果高中生总体平均主观幸福感处于中等水平。主观幸福感与自尊量表总分呈中度负相关,主观幸福感与中学生心理健康诊断测验总分及其8个分量表呈负相关。多元逐步回归分析显示,学习压力、同学关系、学习成绩、健康状况和父母关系是高中生主观幸福感的影响因素。结论学生的主观幸福感水平是学校、家庭、社会共同作用的结果。学习成绩与素质教育并不矛盾,应把素质教育的切入点放在找出二者的关联上,从而整合资源,使之相互促进、协调发展。
Objective To understand the state of senior high school students’ subjective well-being in Beijing and its influencing factors, and to provide the basis for the mental health education of senior high school students. Methods A total of 1,188 high school students in Beijing were tested by using the scale of happiness, self-esteem and high school students’ mental health diagnosis. Results Overall average high school students’ subjective well-being was moderate. Subjective well-being and self-esteem scales showed a moderate negative correlation, and subjective well-being was negatively correlated with the total score of the middle school students’ mental health diagnostic tests and their eight subscales. Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that learning stress, class relationship, academic performance, health status and parental relationship were the influencing factors of high school students’ subjective well-being. Conclusion The students’ level of subjective well-being is the result of the joint action of school, family and society. Learning achievements and quality education is not contradictory, should be the quality education entry point to find the correlation between the two, so as to integrate resources so that mutual promotion and coordinated development.
