柬埔寨甘再水电站项目工程区域属于热带雨林气候,旱雨季特征明显,且工程枢纽区域均为层积砂岩,破碎夹泥,附近无粘土料,不宜做土石围堰。而且当地工业市场十分不发达,混凝土所需的水泥、粉煤灰全部要进口,给施工成本造成巨大增加并且运输组织管理难度巨大。为了减少胶凝材料的进口量和利用工程区域破碎夹泥的当地砂岩材料,本项目大坝围堰采用CSG围堰,即保证技术又节约成本,CSG围堰设计与施工在国内外均属创新技术。
The project area of the Cambrian Ganzuo Hydropower Station belongs to the tropical rainforest climate. The characteristics of the rainy season are obvious. The project hubs are all stratum sandstone, crushed mud, no clay material in the vicinity, and should not be used as earth rock cofferdam. Moreover, the local industrial market is underdeveloped. All the cement and fly ash required for concrete are imported, resulting in a huge increase in construction costs and a huge difficulty in the management of transport organizations. In order to reduce the import volume of cementitious material and use the local sandstone materials that crush the mud in the project area, the CSG cofferdam is used for the dam cofferdam in this project to ensure the technology and save the cost. The design and construction of CSG cofferdam are both innovative at home and abroad technology.
