Objective To detect the muscle nutrients of F1 hybrids between Jian carp and Heilongjiang wild carp and their crossbreds. Methods After three-day cage culture of three groups from August 25 to October 8, 2008, water, crude protein, crude fat and crude ash were determined according to GB / T5009-2003, Gas chromatographs were used to determine the content of amino acids and fatty acids respectively. The inorganic elements were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The nutritional compositions of the three groups were analyzed and compared. Results The F1 hybrids had lower water content than those of two inbreds, and the content of crude protein was higher than those of two inbreds. The crude fat content was significantly lower than that of F1 self-cross of Jian carp and F1 self-F1 of Heilongjiang wild carp. , F1 generation of hybrid F1 had more improvement than F1 generation of Jian carp. WEAA / WTAA and WEAA / WNEAA of F1 hybrid met the FAO / WHO standard, which was more ideal than that of two-hybrid population. The essential amino acid index EAAI ( 98.46), which was significantly higher than that of the Jianli self-F1 generation (81.71). The contents of fatty acids, the total number of mono-, polyunsaturated fatty acids and essential fatty acids in F1 hybrids except the total saturated fatty acids were lower than those in two-hybrid populations Higher than those of two inbreds; the total amount of macroscopic and trace elements in F1 hybrids were higher than those in two inbreds. Conclusion The hybrid F1 generation is not only superior to the two inbred populations in terms of protein nutritional value, but also enriched in the content of fatty acids and nutrients.
