目的 :研究内折香茶菜乙素 (以下简称内折乙素 )对动物移植性肿瘤的作用以及对机体免疫状态的影响。方法 :以动物移植性肿瘤艾氏腹水癌 (ECA)、肉瘤 180 (S180 )、肝癌 (HCA)、Lewis肺癌为模型 ,以 5 Fu为阳性对照组 ,以生理盐水为阴性对照组 ,观察 12 5mg/kg和 2 5mg/kg内折乙素的抗肿瘤作用 ,并采用小鼠溶血素实验和小鼠迟发性变态反应实验观察内折乙素对机体免疫状态的影响。结果 :内折乙素与阴性对照组相比在体外对ECA肿瘤细胞有较强的杀伤力 ,在体内对S180实体型和腹水型肿瘤 ,HCA实体型和腹水型肿瘤以及Lewis肺癌实体型肿瘤均有较强的抑瘤作用 ,与阳性对照组相比 ,对机体免疫状态无明显影响。结论 :内折乙素具有较强的抗肿瘤作用 ,且对机体免疫状态无明显影响。
Objective : To study the effect of inosine B (hereinafter referred to as inosine) on transplanted tumors in animals and its effect on immune status. Methods: Animal transplant tumors Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (ECA), sarcoma 180 (S180), liver cancer (HCA), Lewis lung cancer model, 5 Fu as positive control group, and saline as negative control group, observed 12 5 mg The antitumor effects of /kg and 25mg/kg inosine were observed. The effects of inosine on immune status were observed using mouse hemolysin experiment and mouse delayed allergy test. RESULTS: Inosine B had a greater lethality against ECA tumor cells in vitro compared with the negative control group. In vivo S180 solid and ascites tumors, HCA entity and ascites tumors, and Lewis lung cancer solid tumors were both in vivo. There is a strong anti-tumor effect, compared with the positive control group, no significant impact on the body’s immune status. Conclusion : Inosine B has a strong anti-tumor effect and has no significant effect on the immune status of the body.
